Design Philosophy

  • I approach human challenges—whether in life or in design—with openness, humility, and care, because the best solutions often begin with understanding and empathy.

  • I design for impact—helping users through thoughtful design and supporting business goals with measurable outcomes.

  • I apply systems thinking to create ecosystems, workflows, and scalable patterns that support long-term growth.

  • I see design as an evolving process, embracing feedback, iteration, and collaboration to build better experiences.

  • I’m dedicated to craft—constantly learning, exploring, and designing experiences that are as elegant as they are meaningful, made to serve the people who use them.

More About Me

I'm a UX and Product Designer based in Santa Cruz, California, who approaches my work with openness, curiosity, and a dedication to craft. Creating impactful user experiences is more than a job for me—it's a calling rooted in a lifelong passion for design.

I draw from a multidisciplinary background across consumer products, luxury fashion, outdoor gear, construction, e-commerce, and technology, leveraging broad industry experience to uncover hidden human needs and design seamless, empowering experiences. My path taught me to think beyond screens and build systems, workflows, and products that balance user value with business success.

I believe good design goes beyond usability—it’s about understanding people, building trust, and creating lasting value. I'm endlessly curious about how people think, feel, and navigate the world, and I bring that curiosity into every project I take on.

When I’m not designing, you might find me exploring a new city on foot, researching my next travel adventure, experimenting with sourdough in my kitchen, or camping and fly fishing in the mountains. Whether I’m designing experiences or exploring the world, I’m guided by curiosity, empathy, and a desire to make things work better.

See you out there!
